I finally had a chance to use the Drain Guard and it is great! It readily absorbed the grease from a pot of Italian sausage. And, it appears to have room for more.

Living in a rural country area, you wouldn’t think about putting anything in the drain or disposing outside. This is the answer. Easy to drain grease and dispose of properly.
